House Policies
- No pets allowed
- Check-in time is 3.00PM unless otherwise arranged
- Check-out time is 10AM
- 25% deposit within 7 days of booking with the balance payable on arrival
- 35 days notice required for refund of deposit ($75 booking fee will be retained)
- Total guests must be restricted to the number booked
- Maximum guests accommodated is 6
